Leadership, collaboration and professional growth

I'm Cordula Damm, a systemic organisational consultant, supervisor and coach. From my practice in Bischweier, between Karlsruhe and Baden-Baden, I work with leaders, teams and organisations – on site, in my consulting room or online.

English has been part of my working life for many years, and I particularly enjoy working with international and multicultural teams, both in Germany and abroad. Everything I offer is available in English as well as German – so you can work in whichever language feels most natural to you.

What I offer

  • Team development – reflecting on roles, expectations and ways to develop sufficient and satisfying cooperation
  • Supervision – creating space for teams and professionals to step back and reflect on cases, roles and collaboration
  • Leadership development – including my in-house leadership programme: six full-day modules over one year that combine systemic leadership, personal reflection and hands-on practice
  • Coaching – creating an environment for personal growth
  • Workshops and training – focused, lively and practical

Workshop topics

  • Collaborating across generations
  • Decision-making in teams
  • Feedback and conflict
  • Understanding group dynamics
  • Resilience and self-efficacy
  • Competency-based recruitment – the S.T.A.R. approach

I tailor content and focus to your group and its context.

How I work

My approach is systemic and solution-focused. I'd rather ask good questions than offer quick answers: I listen, explore and create space for new perspectives – always structured, sometimes light-hearted, and always on equal terms.

I hold a German degree in education (Diplom-Pädagogin), am a certified systemic consultant and supervisor (Systemische Gesellschaft) and hold the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2). I also teach group dynamics as part of the trainer programme at Trier University.

Let's talk

Tell me briefly what's on your mind – a team, a leadership question or an idea for a workshop. A few lines are all it takes, and we'll work out together what makes sense for you. Feel free to write in English.
